Discoid Feeder Roaches (Blaberus discoidalis)

Small = 1/4″-3/8″, Medium = 3/8″-3/4″, Large = 3/4″ and up

Discoids are very similar to dubia, but LEGAL IN FLORIDA and have higher moisture and protein content and a better calcium to phosphorus ratio, allowing for proper absorption of the all-important calcium mineral.

Many advantages over crickets: easy to buy in bulk and store, minimal parasites, minimal smell and noise, no jumping, long life-span, and an overall a healthier feeder to offer.

Loved by all insectivores and omnivores, especially bearded dragons, geckos, chameleons, amphibians, tarantulas, hedgehogs, and chickens.

All orders given a ten percent over count to ensure amounts are always satisfactory.

Many retailers require and charge you to add heat or cold packs to your order.  We feel this should not be the customer's responsibility or add to the cost.  Each order is packed with special thermal insulation to avoid freezing or overheating.  We do ask if temperatures are below 50°F or above 85°F please specify “Hold for Pickup” in the comments to ensure live arrival.

All orders are satisfaction guaranteed. If there is an issue, please email photos within 2 hours of receiving the package and we will replace or refund your order.

“Live Feeder Insects” will be stickered on every package unless buyer requests otherwise.

Care Instructions

Upon arrival, empty the critters into your storage container and provide food and water crystals. Roaches enjoy fresh fruits and veggies, but PLEASE DO NOT FEED onions, garlic, cucumbers, or avocados. Remember, what you gut-load into the animals goes into your pet.

We do not recommend dishes of water as these critters are prone to drowning in very shallow water. Water crystals in a dish or a wet sponge may be used as a water source.

If the weather has been cold, please allow one or two hours for the critters to come to room temperature, at which point they should start moving and resuming normal activity. Contact us immediately with any questions or issues.

Disappointed

Ordered a week ago and still in the same spot according to tracking. I am very disappointed in their service and won’t order anything from them again. I messaged them to get answers and nothing. Now I am weary about ordering live feeder insects from anywhere due to the lack of service I have encountered with this company!!!!!!

Thank you for your feedback! So sorry your order was the one to suffer in the USPS roulette game. It was a brutal weather week and in retrospect we should not have shipped across the country that week. Also sorry we did not see your messages early Saturday and Sunday morning. We hope you are at least happy with our correspondences that started later that Sunday morning and your immediate refund once you finally got the box We hope you will give us or another discoid shipper another chance. This was a USPS issue that does not happen with a majority of shipments with us or other roach sellers. Again so sorry!

Amazing place

These people that work here are incredible they messaged me and were very kind because they said they were low in stock. I informed them about my bearded dragon and his health issues and said that I need that specific breed of roaches and they went out of their way to do so. Very good quality roaches and people.
