~ We ship orders Monday-Wednesday. All orders placed after Wednesday at 9am PST will ship the next available shipping day. FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $50 in the United States where allowed (No shipping to HI, limited items to FL).  Flat rate shipping $7 on all other orders!

~ If you need a rush shipment outside of our usual shipping days, or want local delivery or pickup in the San Fernando Valley and vicinity, please contact to determine availability.

~ All orders packed in secure fabric sacks with egg flat pieces and snacks.

~ All orders given a ten percent over count to ensure amounts are always satisfactory.

~ Each order is packed with special thermal insulation to avoid freezing or overheating. Many retailers require and charge you to add heat or cold packs to your order.  We feel this should not be the customer's responsibility or add to the cost.  We do ask if temperatures are below 50°F or above 85°F please specify “Hold for Pickup” in the comments to ensure live arrival.

~ “Live Animals” will be stickered on every package unless buyer requests otherwise.

~ Sometimes orders come with buffalo beetles and or worms mixed in. They are safe for your pets to eat in moderation. If you do not want these helpful cleaner beetles in your order, please specify this in the comments of your order.

All orders are satisfaction guaranteed. If there is an issue, please email photos to sales.goldcoastroach@gmail.com within 2 hours of receiving the package and we will replace or refund your order.
