My dubias arrive happy and healthy with few deaths. I've had some shipments of worms arrive deceased and the customer service I receive is SO prompt and the reshipment SO swift with GCR. I easily receive refunds, and they send me gratis shipments of worms and dubias when there have been miscommunications in shipments or something happens resulting in feeder insect death. They are communicative, supportive, and enjoyable to partner with. You can trust this company!
